Grain Silos
Grain levels change throughout the day — figures above reflect last published update. 2-Row and Pilsner are ordered separately (Pilsner much less often), so each gets its own reorder status and PO match below.

On-hand pulled from the NetSuite Abstrax/Extract Crit saved search, summed across lots/bins per item. Gallon figures use a baseline liquid-extract density of 8.604 lb/gal (7.05 gal = 60.66 lb, confirmed by Gordon 7/22/26) — a working baseline across the line, not a per-SKU spec value. Not shown for powders, where gallons isn't a meaningful unit. The 🟢/🟠 reorder status is a threshold flag (do we have less than one more batch's worth on hand), not a date-based alert — real per-flavor brew cadence and Abstrax's lead time aren't tracked yet. Apex items are legacy (Sovereign fully replaced Apex Flavors); near-zero on-hand there reflects real depletion, not a data error. "Next delivery" chips are a best-effort text match against open PO product text — a green chip names this exact item; an amber "maybe" chip means the PO is the right vendor/category but too generic to confirm.

BOM Estimator

Click any beer to select it — you can select multiple at once. The batch count defaults to 1 but you can change it to any number. Results show total ingredient usage across all selected beers combined, with pack units (bags, totes, containers) calculated automatically.

The 2-Row containers stat is the most useful quick read for BSG ordering — it tells you how many 38,580 lb container fills you'll need across all selected batches.

Specialties (DOH, LTB) are greyed out — their recipes are loaded but locked until the full grain bill is verified against a current brewsheet.

Forecast

Defaults to the standard weekly schedule: BBL and BSI every week, DHL on week 1, CHP on week 4. Use the horizon dropdown to extend from 4 to 16 weeks.

Click any week row to expand it and adjust which beers are brewing that week and how many batches. The totals table at the bottom reflects everything across all weeks.

Reset to defaults wipes any changes back to the standard schedule — useful if you've been experimenting and want a clean slate.

Batch count in the forecast refers to the number of brew turns that week (e.g. 2 = two 250 bbl turns of BBL = 500 bbl total).

Hop Reference

A matrix showing which hop varieties are used in which beers, the rate, and the vendor. Green cells = that beer uses that hop. Use this when building a YCH or BSG hop order to quickly see what's needed across the lineup.

Vendor badges: YCH = Yakima Chief   BSG = Brewers Supply Group

Data notes & badges

est means the grain bill for that beer was derived from percentages rather than an actual brewsheet lbs/bbl figure. Numbers are close but should be confirmed against Crafted before using for a formal PO.

  • BBL, BSI, CHP, MLL — grain & hops confirmed from brewsheets
  • DHL — grain est, hops loaded (Citra Cryo, Loral T-90); SGA — grain est, hops not yet loaded
  • DOH — full hop bill loaded including kettle, WP, and dry hop additions
  • LTB — Pale Chocolate Malt and Chocolate Malt now separate line items
  • BFB, KTA — grain percentages only, marked est; hops loaded
  • ICP — full grain bill in fixed lbs per batch; hops loaded
To update a recipe, send the lbs/bbl figures from a Crafted brewsheet and the file can be rebuilt with locked numbers.

Sharing & hosting

This is a self-contained HTML file — no internet connection needed to run it. Open it in any browser. To share with the team, drop it on SharePoint the same way the team supply tracker view is hosted, or just email the file directly.

Note: changes made in the browser (batch counts, forecast edits) are not saved when you close the file. It always opens fresh from the defaults.
